We, Professor Muhammad Zeeshan Shakir and Professor Muhammad Ali Imran, along with the ICC 2026 team, are delighted to welcome you to the upcoming IEEE International Conference on Communications (ICC) 2026, taking place in the vibrant city of Glasgow, Scotland, from 24th to 28th May 2026.

Glasgow—an IEEE City—is renowned not only for its rich history and cultural heritage but also as a hub of scientific innovation, technological advancement, and academic excellence. Home to four distinguished universities—the University of Glasgow, the University of the West of Scotland, the University of Strathclyde, and Glasgow Caledonian University—this dynamic city seamlessly blends intellectual brilliance with warm Scottish hospitality.

IEEE ICC 2026 will be held at the Scottish Event Campus (SEC) and the Crowne Plaza Hotel, two of Glasgow’s premier venues. Themed “Connected World for a Sustainable Future,” this flagship conference of the IEEE Communications Society will present a comprehensive and high-quality technical program, featuring 12 symposia, cutting-edge tutorials, and diverse workshopsspanning the full spectrum of communications research and innovation.

We are equally excited to deliver a strong industry program, led by global experts from academia, industry, and government. The program will include keynotes, high-level panels, industry forums, and technology exhibitions, providing an excellent platform for collaboration, exchange, and inspiration.
