On 26 June 2025, MyConnectivity and DLA Piper Luxembourg co-organised a workshop bringing together key stakeholders (telecom operators, ministries, syndics, real estate federations, legal experts, etc.) to address regulatory challenges related to vertical cabling in multi-dwelling buildings.
Following the roundtable, DLA Piper consolidated a set of model clauses to facilitate the integration of telecom infrastructure into co-ownership regulations.
