What's the Connectivity Roadmap ?
Although the country ranks among Europe’s best-connected nations, with over 96% of addresses connected to at least one network delivering speeds exceeding 1 Gigabit per second (VHCN – Very High Capacity Networks), challenges remain. Indeed, around 8,000 addresses across some twenty different communes are still unconnected. One of MyConnectivity’s founding missions is to assist stakeholders in connecting the entire country.
Connectivity Roadmap is a coordination service designed to streamline multi-year planning for underground network and infrastructure deployments. By positioning municipal administrations at the core of collaboration, we empower them to foster dialogue among stakeholders and improve visibility, delivering better anticipation of works, fewer disruptions for residents, and faster modernization of connectivity infrastructure.
Project overview
Our methodology unfolds in three key steps:
1. Data Collection and Mapping – Gathering and producing relevant cartographic data.
2. Multi-Year Project Phasing – Defining project phases in close collaboration with network managers.
3. Milestone Tracking – Monitoring progress throughout the implementation years.
Target audience
We maintain regular contact with over 30 operators and infrastructure managers across all sectors—water, telecommunications, electricity, gas, roads, public lighting, and more—as well as all 100 communes of the Grand Duchy and the institutions responsible for heritage and archaeological preservation. This ensures we effectively address the specific challenges of each locality.
