Back in 2023, the liquidation of Farvest by Docler Holdings cast a shadow over the future of Luxembourg’s largest tech conference, ICT Spring. It seemed like the end of an era. However, in 2024, Kamel Amroune, the original co-creator of ICT Spring, reignited the tech flame with his new venture, The Dots, in collaboration with Mike Koedinger, founder of Luxembourg’s leading publishing powerhouse, Maison Moderne. Thus, Nexus2050 was born, debuting with its landmark event, The International Tech Pulse on June 26-27, 2024.

The Future of Connectivity in Luxembourg

When Nexus2050 announced its grand event, MyConnectivity seized the opportunity to host an engaging 2-hour side event on June 26, 2024, in the SIGMA Room at LuxExpo The Box. Our goals were clear:

• Showcase MyConnectivity’s project results
• Boost visibility and reinforce our brand
• Raise awareness about connectivity in the ICT sector

And so, “The Future of Connectivity in Luxembourg” was crafted, offering a visionary peek into how AI technology will transform our lives in terms of connectivity.
Enter MyConnectivity’s digital ambassador and AI avatar, MyCo.

To emphasise the harmony between technology and human touch, the event kicked off with a seamless introduction by MyCo and moderator Patrizia Luchetta. Their synergy set the tone for a unique event where tech and humanity collaborated hand in hand.

Event Highlights

The two-hour event unfolded in three engaging segments, featuring an array of distinguished speakers from Luxembourg’s telecom sector and culminated with innovative student pitches from “The Future Workshop,” MyConnectivity’s flagship initiative.

For those new to MyConnectivity, the team elaborated on the company’s journey, its pivotal projects like vertical cabling and connectivity roadmaps, and collaborative training programs in Segment 1. Additionally, the team emphasized the power of knowledge-sharing through MyConnectivity’s Advisory Community, now boasting over 200 experts from diverse industries.

Coming back to the highlight of the event, MyCo was conceptualized by MyConnectivity and brought to life by NEON and TijoStudio. Misch Strotz and Gil Galvao, the creative minds behind MyCo, shared their inspiring development journey.
