“Ultra-high speed” digital connectivity is a prerequisite when aiming at the sustainable socioeconomic development of a country. MyConnectivity G.I.E. was created as a « joint-venture » of the Luxembourg State, via the Department of Media, Connectivity and Digital Policy and LU-CIX Management G.I.E. Its aim is to accelerate and improve the connectivity of private households and businesses in the Grand-Duchy of Luxembourg.

Your mission will be to:

• Support your fellow team members by turning objectives into a project plan with appropriate milestones, resource allocation, and budget and by establishing deadlines and performance indicators and follow-up progress throughout the project;
• To provide synthesis and reports on the projects driven by MyConnectivity;
• Lead meetings and conferences with participants from diverse backgrounds;
• Contribute to projects of the MyConnectivity team or deliver projects which you have developed yourself;
• Source funds and manage project budgets together with partners in Luxembourg and beyond.

Your profile

• We are looking for a person with a technical background or a managerial background with a general affinity for telecommunications. An experience of at least 3 years in project management is a prerequisite;
• Having practical experience in the field of EU funding is an asset;
• Fluency in English and French is a must, additional knowledge of German and/or Luxembourgish are an asset;
• Candidates must have very strong organizational skills, a solid understanding of business procedures as well as a vigorous attention to detail;
• The knowledge of project management methodologies and software (OKR / Kanban or similar) represents an asset;
• We require excellent time management, planning, coordination, negotiation and organizational – as well as people skills;
• We are looking for very high work ethic, accuracy, integrity, and a positive attitude.
